Rebecca and Matthew contacted Martelli & Co Buyers Agents after watching Alexandra's interview on the Harcourts Ventures Podcast discussing the role of a buyer's agent.

Rebecca and Matthew wanted to secure a home in Titirangi prior to Christmas, but with both working full time and having little experience in negotiating a property or understanding the values in the area, they were concerned they may end up overpaying or buying the wrong house.

We worked with Rebeeca and Matthew to reorganise their priorities and focus on finding a house that was dry and well built in a leafy green environment. They needed generous space for their energetic dog, but did not want to live too far from public transport and the CBD.

We viewed a number of off market, pre market and on market homes for them, and narrowed down the best three. Dampness and a lack of light can be an issue in leafy Titirangi, so when we found the perfect home that was dry, well built and had the opportunity to add value, we were quick to move on an offer. We completed all due diligence and negotiated in special terms to ensure the house would be in pristine condition before our clients moved in.

Rebecca and Matthew are very happy with their Titirangi house, purchasing before prices start to climb again, and having their own home in time for Christmas.
