buyers agents
A buyer's agent exclusively represents a buyer in a real estate transaction. Our fiduciary responsibility is to the buyer and the role encompasses an extensive range of responsibilities for our clients.

We source more options for our clients including pre market, off market, on market and post market homes, and we are often contacted by vendors directly.

We complete thorough  due diligence, and have in depth market knowledge and relationships to advise on buying strategy and value. Our role is to guide our clients to the right home.
Throughout the process we keep an open line of communication with you, qualifying homes that align to your brief, and introducing suitable partners such as architects, builders and interior designers where required.

A skilled buyer's agent will speed up the buying process, but also give you more choices that fit your brief for greater negotiating power, and take away the stress, inconvenience and paperwork that many buyers dread
how we help
Time savings
Time is precious, and valuable. We work with a handful of clients at any one time and work full time to find the best homes for them, and filter out those that aren't right, so that our clients are only seeing homes that have been pre qualified, well researched and within reach of buying. We work with all real estate agents and consultants, previewing more than 20 homes every week across our team.
Money savings
It is easy to overpay for a home, especially if you are not on top of the prices at that time or emotionally attached to one house. We give our clients more homes to choose from and develop a buying strategy for every property we pursue. We conduct in depth research and provide comparable sales and our own market knowledge to ensure you have the best possible outcome, including price.
Advice
We provide wraparound advice on all aspects of the home and local area, including structure and design, location, potential red/yellow flags, what is happening in the community, and anything else you should be aware of that the sales agent may not have researched. Our due diligence goes further.
Access to more homes
Through our professional network and internal processes, we access more homes and have more data and research to support our findings. In any given week we are looking at multiple off market and pre market homes, and stay on top of our local market knowledge by frequenting open homes.
Move faster
We choose to work with a small number of clients at any one time, investing our full energy into their search to find them more homes and conduct quicker and more thorough due diligence on good properties. This means we move faster, often surprising and surpassing other buyers who are just pursuing one home until auction.
Time savings
Most people want to allocate their time to activities that bring joy or are productive. A buyer's agent economizes your time by evaluating and viewing homes, presenting only the most fitting options, interacting with real estate agents so that you are not taking calls, and allowing you to have your weekends back instead of attending open homes with other buyers.
Money savings
Your strongest buying position is when you have more than one house to negotiate on, or have the upper hand in negotiating. A buyer's agent will develop a strategy to negotiate on each home, give you clear advice on price range, and provide additional background on the home.
Advice
A buyer's agent will give wraparound advice on all aspects of the home including design, location and local infrastructure. They will challenge a brief where necessary and introduce the best advisors and contractors where suitable.
Access to more homes
Buyers agents are talking to real estate agents, property specialists and vendors every day. They will leverage on these relationships to access more homes and ask the questions other buyers may not think to.
Move faster
Given a buyer's agent is dedicated to your search and works with only a handful of clients at one time, they will be accessing every possible property, prequalifying these and ensuring you are seeing the best of the selection. They will coordinate due diligence faster, allowing a buyer
Who DO we help?

First-Home Buyers

We work with many first time home buyers in Auckland, helping them to refine an achievable brief and prioritising their long term financial and personal goals through home ownership. We ensure first time buyers are finding good quality homes and ensuring they don't need to fear overpaying.

Time-strapped Executives

For successful professionals with demanding schedules, the home search is important but often a secondary concern. We understand the needs of our busy clients and ensure the right properties are thoroughly filltered and researched before engaging your precious time and energy.

Family Home

For busy families, the excitement of open homes every weekend can soon wear off, and losing your dream home to another family can be heartbreaking and lead to overpaying. We help our family buyers to have more choice in the suburbs and school zones they want to be in.

New to New Zealand

For many new to New Zealand, the process and paperwork of buying a home here can be overwhelming. It's important to know which suburbs will be most suitable for you, understand how to conduct thorough due diligence, and ensure you are paying the right price.

Investors

Experienced property investors seeking a balance of capital growth and yield whilst considering the quality and availability of future tenants, as well as long term value add opportunity. We frequently undertake searches for investors clients in Auckland.

Kiwi Expatriates

Our expatriate clients want eyes on the ground and someone in their corner, representing their best interests to find a better quality home. Marketing photos can be very deceptive, and calling on friends and family a burden. We have worked with clients from, or located in, the UK, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Germany and Italy.
